Orders and Delivery
If you catch us early enough, you just MIGHT be able to. Drop us an email at hello@flowfunkiestudios.com ASAP and we'll see if we're able to make changes to your order.
Do ensure that you enter the correct shipping information because we will not be responsible for the additional charges incurred to re-deliver the packages. In the event that the package is missing due to incorrect information provided, the item(s) will be considered sold with no refunds given.Â

Exchanges and Returns
- Items must be exchanged / returned within 30 days of the date of fulfilment (the day the package is delivered to you).Â

Exchanged / Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all stickers/tags intact.

If your items do not fulfil the requirements above, they will be sent back to you with no exchange / refund given. The additional costs for postage back to you will not be covered by us.
- If you believe the product is damaged or faulty, please include images in your email when you initiate your return.Â
- All exchanges / returns must be shipped to us via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. Our office address will be given to you when you contact us to initiate the exchange / return.Â
- You will have to bear the postage fees for returning the order to us!Â
- For exchanges only: delivery fees are waived once per order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur a delivery fee that is borne by the customer.
