Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that might pique your interest. 

Product Information

We use certified Global Recycled Standard (GRS) nylon fabric. For more information on the specific components in for each apparel item, refer to each item's product page.

Chuck your funkie gear into our custom microfibre wash bags included in every order to prevent wringing in the wash and to reduce environmental pollution. Each piece of clothing is lovingly made with recycled material from the ocean. Our wash bags can retain 90% of the microfibres that break off in the wash to prevent them from reaching the ocean again. Read more here
We can't promise when the item will be back, but we'll try our best to bring it back ASAP. You can sign up to be notified of when the particular product restocks! 

Orders and Delivery

If you catch us early enough, you just MIGHT be able to. Drop us an email at hello@flowfunkiestudios.com ASAP and we'll see if we're able to make changes to your order.

Do ensure that you enter the correct shipping information because we will not be responsible for the additional charges incurred to re-deliver the packages. In the event that the package is missing due to incorrect information provided, the item(s) will be considered sold with no refunds given. 

We offer free local shipping.
Your Funkie Goods will be dispatched within 7 days of the date of your order. This means that you will receive them between 7 to 10 days after the date of your order.

 

We ship internationally. Shipping rates for your selected country will be shown during checkout.
Drop us an email if the country that you want to ship the parcel to is not available for selection. We'll send you details on how to proceed with the order!

 

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or colour. Do check if the size and colour that you would like to exchange to is available before you initiate the exchange.
All returns will be refunded to you in store credits
Conditions for Exchange / Return
  • Items must be exchanged / returned within 30 days of the date of fulfilment (the day the package is delivered to you). 
  • Exchanged / Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all stickers/tags intact.

  • If your items do not fulfil the requirements above, they will be sent back to you with no exchange / refund given. The additional costs for postage back to you will not be covered by us.

  • If you believe the product is damaged or faulty, please include images in your email when you initiate your return. 
Fees
  • All exchanges / returns must be shipped to us via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. Our office address will be given to you when you contact us to initiate the exchange / return. 
  • You will have to bear the postage fees for returning the order to us! 
  • For exchanges only: delivery fees are waived once per order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur a delivery fee that is borne by the customer.
